Director / Chief of Staff at AMD (Austin, TX):
Reporting to Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a global IT organization with employees located in 20 sites. In this “hands-on” role, the incumbent manages daily operations, leads the project management office, and serves as a focal point for communication and interaction within the IT management team. The role calls for a balance of leadership and influencing skills across the senior leaders within global IT and business functions. This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers within the CIO Leadership team as well as the Office of the CIO and key business partners.  

Director of Operational Consulting at Citrix (Ft. Lauderdale, FL):
Responsible for the planning, management, and coordination of all operational aspects of Citrix’ most strategic, complex product launches, program launches, and acquisitions across Citrix’s enterprise division. Through an entrepreneurial outlook, and with a strong bias toward rapid time-to-market, the Director is responsible for all operational aspects of these launches. This is accomplished through collaboration with senior product management and other leaders across the company.

The Manager of Content Marketing & Social Media is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy to ensure relevant content is shared on a regular basis in support of marketing and other Peak 10 initiatives to increase brand equity, online awareness and lead generation. This person will serve as the gatekeeper to ensure all content meets the Peak 10 strategy; and is thus distributed through the proper channels, repurposed and/or redistributed as appropriate. This position is responsible for connecting Peak 10 programs with our target audiences using a diverse mix of social engagement tactics that help us connect, listen/learn, proactively dialogue and engage.

You will maintain and write help content that millions of our domestic and international customers rely on each day. All of this material goes into a coherent, consistent body of work that helps customers understand what the product is and how to use it. This is an on-line body of public-facing content with parts of it that tie in to the user interface via in-line help.
